Lessons are usually one hour but can be longer if necessary, for instance in the run up to examinations. Each lesson is tailored to the needs of the student and includes skills work and detailed feedback which is a feature that may be used very effectively in one to one sessions. I make most of my own teaching resources. For a fee of £25 per hour I offer tuition at my home by appointment and by Skype (Skype Name: markfreeman751). I can attend students' homes in the Thanet, Dover and Canterbury areas at a price of £30 per hour.
I am experienced as a teacher and examiner in AQA, OCR, CIE and Edexcel exam boards. I have taught students from Key Stages 2, 3, 4 and 5 and AS and A level for English and Key Stage 3 and Foundation GCSE Mathematics. I am an experiencd examiner in English Literature GCSE, Singapore O' Level and AS Level. I make my own specialist resources targeted at addressing specific examination skills and techniques.
I have had a call from Charles Dickens [School] and had such lovely feedback so really pleased with the work you have done with K. They have said that he has returned to school but they would like you to carry tuition on in the new year with 3 hours per week in the evening. I appreciate that your timetable is very busy but if you could fit it in that would be fantastic as K. was really happy to work with you.
